Isn't that too true and pathetic? We wonder why education is so expensive and the people cut are our teachers rather than the idiots running this micro managed mess. Let the teachers do their jobs, they are well trained to do it so let them teach.

When I used to drive a school bus I witnessed the district spending $2.00 to get $1>00 quite frequently.Now I work in healthcare and they are spending $3.00 to get $1.00 kind of nuts.
