Christopher
Alright Vapor Talkers I need your help. While ordering from China over the years I've become quite close with a few of the people I order with. One of my contacts has a nephew who is quite limited on funds. (They don't get paid much) So I buy him shoes every 6 months. He's asked if there is any chance I could buy the following type of shoes. The only problem is, I don't know what type they are. They only have cleats on the front. The language barrier doesn't really help. They're for running apparently. I can only find shoes with cleats in the front and back. Any idea what type of shoe this is? (see attached)
mastiffmom
I have no idea. Have you tried Zappos, I have also used Pegasus but that was several years ago it may take you to clog world but thousands of shoes on there. Also Nordstrom is like the temple for all things shoes. Good luck.
Christopher
I haven't tried Zapos but I'll check them out. Finding shoes hasn't been hard. I just don't know what type of shoe this is lol. It's like a running soccer shoe hybrid.

BirdDog
That is a pretty chunky cleat for a track runner. I think it may be something else. Edited November 8, 2010 by BirdDog

BirdDog
Track shoes were my first thought. It just looked to chunky for a track bottom. It looks like roller balls on the bottom. But why someone would but roller balls on the front of shoe just didn't make sense. Ha! Ha! Jeff is afraid of the girls. Those are some flashy shoes you found there. DAYVAPE
For sure a sprinting shoe... made for on the track and usually for shorter distanced races so they can "dig in", etc.
Christopher
Yup I think it's a track shoe as well.
Jeffb
Those are actually spikes on the front part of the sole. You can put in different spikes of varying lengths depending on the track conditions.
