Looks like a 510 atomizer with a drip tip on top. While I'd have to confirm it, I don't think it's a Joye Atomizer. There's a lot of crap and craziness on Alibaba.

Haven't seen them at stores yet.. but haven't really looked. The "gold" threads on this particular one might be an alert sign? Can't wait til the authentic Tesla comes out.
