GalvariaLunat
I bought my 510 e-cigarette a couple of weeks ago from dietsmokes.com and discovered that I had received bad batteries. I went back to the website and contacted them about this and never received a response. so I then called the phone number that was on the business card i received and left a message about the bad batteries along with my phone number and email and still haven't received an answer back. What should I do? Any suggestions?
StringDancer
He might be out of town for a few days or something. I think most of the supplier sites are one or two person operations. Parker might simply be indisposed at the moment and no one's watching the store. It could happen. Since it's annoying enough to post about, might as well leverage it. Email Parker the URL to this thread, including the thread title. That should catch his attention.
Christopher
Parked is normally very good about taking care of his customers so he may very well be out of town. He's also one of the busiest suppliers. Parked (Dietsmokes owner) Has is own sub forum on another ecig forum, this is always a good way to contact him, it's public and he check that area often http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/dietsmokes/ Let us know how everything goes
