StringDancer
I found this over at that "other" e-cig forum, and thought enough of the info to glomb it and repost it here. Some food for thought... as it were: Time for a boycott As you may know, thanks to Philip Morris and their wonderful tobacco bill, and in conjunction with the Tobacco Free Suckers (kids), they are leading the way to create a Tobacco Free society at the expense and sacrifice of millions of American smokers. Their bill, the Marlboro Monopoly Act, empowers the FDA to control the content of cigarettes, reduce nicotine, and ban far safer methods of nicotine delivery. Well, as it turns out, Philip Morris is known as Altira Group, Inc, which is owner of Kraft products. As a "thank you" to PM giving itself a wonderful spot in the tobacco industry, and will be responsible for millions of deaths, I suggest we, as concerned ex smokers, not only boycott your killer tobacco products, but also the following Kraft brand products as well: A1 Steak SauceAfricana RomaniaAli CoffeeAlpen Gold chocolate (Poland, Russia)Arrowroot biscuitsAthenos Mediterranean food productsBack to NatureBaker'sBalance BarBetter CheddarsBoca BurgerBonoxBreakstone'sBullsEye Barbecue SauceCalifornia Pizza Kitchen (grocery store items)Calumet Baking PowderCameo biscuitsCapri SunCarte NoireCharada (Peru)Cheese NipsCheez WhizCheezels (Malaysia)Chicken in a BiskitChips Ahoy!Christie (Canada)ClaussenClightClub Social crackersCool WhipCorn NutsCoronita (Peru)Côte d'Or (Belgium)Country Time powdered drink mixCracker BarrelCrystal LightDaim (Sweden)Dairylea (Europe)Delissio (Canada)DiGiornoEasy CheeseEden processed cheese (Philippines)Estrella Potato Chips (Sweden; Finland)Field (Peru)Fig NewtonsFilipinos (Spain; Portugal)Freia (Norway)Fruit2oGeneral Foods InternationalGevalia (Sweden)Grape-NutsGrey PouponHandi-SnacksHoney MaidIn-A-Biskit (Australia)Jack's PizzaJacobs (Europe)Jacob's biscuits (Malaysia)Japp (Scandinavia)Jell-O gelatinJet-Puffed MarshmallowsKaffee HAGKenco (UK)Knox gelatinKnudsenKong Haakon (Norway)Kool-AidKraft BBQ SauceKraft CaramelsKraft Macaroni and cheeseKraft Dinner (Canada)Kraft EasymacKraft MayoKraft BagelfulsKraft Peanut ButterKraft SinglesKraft Sandwich SpreadKraft TiGer Biscuits (Malaysia,Indonesia and The Philippines)Lacta (Brazil)Lefèvre-Utile Biscuit Co.LunchablesMaarud Potato Chips (Norway)Marabou (Sweden)Maxwell HouseMilka (Switzerland, Germany, rest of Europe)Miracle WhipMiracoli (Germany)Mostro (Peru)Mikado(UK) see Pocky(Japan)NabiscoNabob (Canada)NillaNon-Stop (Scandinavia)Nutter ButterO'boy (Scandinavia; Estonia)Onko coffeeOreoOscar MayerGrated Parmesan cheesePhiladelphia cream cheesePigrolacPlantersPoiana (Romania)Polly-O cheesePremium (a Nabisco brand of saltine crackers)PretzelsP'*** QuébecPrince PoloPure Kraft Salad DressingsRitzRoyal baking powderSeven SeasShake 'n BakeSimmenthal canned meatSnackaboutsSnackWellsSouth Beach LivingStarbucks (grocery store items)Stove Top stuffingSuchardSvoge (Bulgaria)Taco Bell (grocery store items)TangTassimo T-DISCS.Teddy GrahamsTerrabusi (Kraft Foods Argentina)Terry's chocolatesTerry's Chocolate OrangeToblerone (Kraft Foods Switzerland)TombstoneTriscuitTrakinasTwistTwisties (Malaysia)VegemiteVelveetaVizzolini (dry pastas)Wheat Thins The boycott also includes products made by GENERAL FOODS and NABISCO, also aquired by those murderers of Altira. Vacker1229
Altria spun off its Kraft Foods business to shareholders in March 2007. Kraft is now a separate entity owned by shareholders.
