What is the difference between a cartomizer and a atomizer, positives/negatives? It is a personal preference, I feel that with a atomizer I get a better throat hit, and more flavor. You should experience both at some point. Low res attys help, 1.8s and 2.0s are nice. I'm zero nic and needed something. They seem to do the trick.
