Wow! That read like a tv show. Thanks for sharing!

Our ecigs are cigarettes with all burning, tar, toxins etc removed down to the basic nicotine left. It's a reduced risk cigarette. Plain and simple. :)

Yup I agree with you 100% and it should fall under the Tobacco Act. I get a slight feeling the judges almost feel the same way. But only time will tell.

Brief summery? The FDA wants to claim it as drug device so that the big pharma can monnopolize the industry. They don't like mom and pop stores rising up everywhere and stimulating the economy. They want control.

Hopefully the next person reading will highlight the quotes and put them in their post. :)

Should be a no brainer you would think.

The drug delivery argument stemmed from the advertising claims that ecig can be used to stop smoking all together. Really dumb marketing idea :)

This is my favorite part

MS. KLEIN: I think Your Honor meant --

5 JUDGE WILLIAMS: -- worthy of --

6 MS. KLEIN: -- cigars.

7 JUDGE WILLIAMS: -- regulation. Cigars.

8 MS. KLEIN: Yes.

9 JUDGE WILLIAMS: I'm sorry.

10 MS. KLEIN: Yes.

11 JUDGE WILLIAMS: Yes.

12 MS. KLEIN: Exactly.

13 JUDGE WILLIAMS: Okay.

14 MS. KLEIN: Yes.

Well it sounds promising... however I am still worried about online sales. I depend on them to vape! They dont sell liquid over here. I would be screwed either way! But heres to wishing for the best of both worlds!

One of the parts that really hit me is where SHE ( Gov lawyer ) says " well Pfizer spent all this money on the inhaler and they will loose that money " WTF arent they here to protect US ??? not the huge corps. ???

First of all, I say screw the big corporations. Secondly, it's not our fault if they made a crappy business investment. Why should we be forced to use their product just because they spent money on it? If I spend a ton of money promoting a piece of crap, do I deserve money in return for having spent it in the first place? No... so why should pfizer or any other pharmaceutical company be any different?
