SterlingRoses Posted September 28, 2010 Posted September 28, 2010 So I have a doctors appt tomorrow and they always ask do you smoke. I was curious how you veteran vapers answer that question to the medical world? (dr's dentist etc) Should I say yes, no, or sorta LOL
Shihzam Posted September 28, 2010 Posted September 28, 2010 Just had a visit last month, and I just said I was tobacco free since Aug 15th!
nana Posted September 28, 2010 Posted September 28, 2010 I told the dr. I quit smoking. It's true. I don't smoke, I vape. I didn't say I was nicotine free, but then they don't ask that.
BeachBum Posted September 28, 2010 Posted September 28, 2010 At my last appointment, I told my doctor about the e-cigarette and he was already familiar with it and said that if it is helping to quit smoking then great.
SterlingRoses Posted September 29, 2010 Author Posted September 29, 2010 Thanks everyone with your feedback
kitsune Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 Had my physical today...told my dr. I quit smoking 16 months ago, but I do use nicotine--her response " I am so happy you quit smoking".
