A Thought I Just Had

Can the FDA and/or any agency shut down this forum? I don't mean the store, I mean the message boards. That would be awful. What if we had no way to contact anyone. Okay, I'm just being paranoid. We do still have freedom of speech right?

The forum its self would be ok. Providing Chris is still willing to put up with us. we might have to pay dues or something--don't all great fraternities, sororities etc have to pay dues--we had to pay dues in the girl scouts !!!!

I'm sure Chris will do everything he can to keep the forum going. That's just my opinion.

However, as kit pointed out, I suspect keeping the forum going can be quite expensive and without ecig revenue... who knows.

Actually, believe it or not we can be shut down. It's been brought to our attention already. Why you ask? For selling and talking about an unapproved drug. While they wouldn't directly stop freedom of speech, thay can threaten our hosting provider, indirectly stopping freedom of speech.

And believe you me it's not the first time it's be done. Of course our response will be a giant fat middle finger. (So believe me, we're preparing in case this should ever happen. I can't say what we'll do of course, but there is a zero day plan)
