is there any company that sells steel (or even silver) carts?

I drip mostly so would be using my drip tip, but a cart is easier while i am at work or in a mtg (or in the car)

just would like a tip to match my shiny new ego when it comes in

thanks

D

edit: i did find a site that had silver cartos but hadnt heard of them before

clouds of vapor

No im sure just plain carts are plastic only, if you want a steel looking top to match your silver band on your eGo go with a silver drip tip, I got a black and a silver one they are awesome with standard 510 cartomizers, as far as suppliers I will say VT and the other suppliers in the supplier section in the bottom part of the forum are all very professional and trustworthy! start ordering away!

Thanks!

I actually was looking at both carts or cartos... I have never used a cartomizer so not sure of the vaping difference, or if the mega carts work with the ego and the cover

Will do

Question though, what is the benefit of using a carto if you drip? (with a drip tip)

Does it give you the benefit of dripping but still allow to vape when you can't drip?

The benefit is that you don't have to drip. A carto hold about 30 drops of juice so it will last a while without having to add juice. I never drip into a carto without removing it from my battery (mod) because I've had some leak when I did that. I only use cartos when I can't drip (mostly when I'm driving). I prefer a regular atty and direct dripping and that's what I use most of the time. The benefit of using a drip tip on the carto is that you won't get juiced. :) Also, I think you get better vapor when you use a drip tip on a carto, just my opinion.

And a drip tip will keep you from burning the lips too! A must for all. I have discovered that you should still drip into cartos quite often... as you don't want them to get to the point that they are dry. I take 15 to 20 drags and top it off. They last me a LONG time doing this.

thanks for the tips!

ordered some today... was finding this morning though that I was getting much better and consistent vapor while using a cart over just dripping

thinking the cartos might end up being the best of both worlds, should know next week when they arrive.

would be just great if there were local stores that sold supplies :)
