alright so ive heard that DIY is cheaper to do than ordering juice. so i want to know where is the best place to buy everything i need. it would be awesome if someone could give me a list of everything i need and where to get it for cheap.(im just a poor college kid. lol) i really like RY4 and menthol. i really like the RY4 to be sweet. and menthol i just like alot of menthol! but any help would be awesome!!

That will give you everything you need to get started.

You will need:

PG and/or VG

Nicotine liquid-unflavored. The flavoring and PG/VG will dilute the nicotine, so you want higher strength nicotine liquid

Syringe (makes measuring much, much easier). needle or pipette.

3 or 5 ml bottles for mixing.

Flavoring (s) of your choice.

Initially you want to mix with smaller amounts until you figure out the recipe that works for you. The menthols are pretty strong. a little goes a very long way. same with any of the tobacco flavorings.
