Good Morning VT, I just gota 5v usb passthru and my attys are on fire, it feels weird without the cone you can feel that atty get hot, My question was whats up with LR attys, How come alota people say they blow real quick, thinking about trying a few, also does anyone know about removing the little plastic thing or whatever it is on the wick of standard 510s, I think a couple of them are on the verge of distruction and im hoping to resurect them, Thanx 4 replys :turned:

Running at 5volts is going to run hotter than 3.7. Just make sure you keep your atty wet and you're good.

As for LR, give it a try. LR is like a boost for the 3.7. The vapor runs a little bit hotter but you keep better production and a better throat hit from LR. Also you don't have to take the standard 5 second draw.

Dude this 5v usb gets hot as he11, I keep it wet, you can hear the liquid like almost cooking its crazy, so LRs dont blow out right away like I been hearing?.....you know about that wick removing thing for standard 510s, does it work?

Thanx man I just got doing it on one that was used up the threads in the wick were all burnt up and saturated in gunky ol liquid. :X Going to D drip some waffle in it now with my coffee, Im on a diet so waffle jucie will lego my egos, lol!
