Just thought I'd enlighten you all to how good they work. I just got a couple boxes on Friday and so far I like them alot. I'm using them on my eGo. I did have one that wouldn't work, like a dud and another that seems like it's lower res than 2.5 but the other 2 I've tried are great. No harshness, great vapors etc...hahaha

I've had a few cartos that would not work, but were fine after I did that. They were a different kind, but I figure it could be the same issue. @Dayvape - you running these at 4.35V? Oh, no I didn't try that but it makes sense cuz it's acting like it's not connecting cuz it's doing NOTHING. Just air. I'll try that and see. Tanks Edit: I couldn't find a paperclip so I used a safety pin point. It didn't fix the problem and I stuck my finger. OUCH! DAYVAPE
@Dayvape - you running these at 4.35V? Actually, I'm really pleased with the performance at 3.95... they don't get too hot and the flavor seems to hold out at that voltage the best. I was using 4.35-4.5 with standard 510 cartos... so when I got these I had to drop back to around 3.95-4.00.
DAYVAPE
Did you get the soft tip's that says vertical coil? Yes indeed... but aren't most cartos "vertical coil"?? I guess it depends on how you look at it, LOL. I was under the impression they were... please correct me if I'm wrong. These are the ones: EXCELLENT CARTOS(thanks FTJoe) Edited August 30, 2010 by DAYVAPE
DAYVAPE
By the way, Lori, you are correct... these definatly have a better filler material in them, IMO. I like how they aren't packed so tight you can hardly get any juice in them too! These are some of the best out right now if you ask me. I'm really diggin' em at 3.95 volts (gosh I love variable voltage) or on my eGo if need be... but they really work at their best a bit higher than my eGo, so I've been using them on my Buzz. Excellent find FTJoe!! Edited August 30, 2010 by DAYVAPE

I know that the Mega Cartomizer's I got from TW have a horizontally mounted coil at the bottom. I opened one up to see how it was designed. Ya, those are the cartomizer's I thought you were talking about on that site! They are out of stock right now. They have the cig filter colored one, that's about it right now though. Sounds like they are good ones! Edited August 30, 2010 by JayH503

DAYVAPE
That's the ticket with em. I'm using a V4L Premium today to see what the differences are. So far I'm noticing that the V4L ones might not go through the juice quite as fast... for me anyway.

DAYVAPE
I can't recall the exact resistance... but they are somewhere around 3 ohms I THINK. They don't work as well at 3.7 volts... so you probably wouldn't like them as much. I have them running at 4.3ish volts.

I use med res on the eGo which are great. I think I'll stick with these until I branch out into the portable 5v world.
