Refilling Cartomizers

I have an M403 and I have some cartomizers that should be here today. Is there an easy way to refill that does not involve a syringe?

I refill my cartomizers the easiest way possible, fill the plastic cap that comes with them 3/4 full and slowly push the cartomizer down in it as illustrated by Dr Vapor. He shows other ways too, but thats the easiest fastest way.
