Mixing Different Strengths.

I have some 24mg VT juice that I just find makes me jumpy due to it's strength. What would happen if I mix Grape Soda 24 with Grape Soda 6? Would I come out around 18mg?

If you were mixing 5ml of 24mg/ml and 5 ml of 6mg/ml you would end up with 15mg/ml

If you were mixing 5ml of 24mg/ml and 5 ml of 6mg/ml you would end up with 15mg/ml

In other words, half of 24 is 12, half of 6 is 3, and 12 plus 3 is 15?

1 part 24 -is- (1 * 24) -is- 24

1 part 6 -is- (1 * 6) -is- 6

final strength = (24 + 6) / 2 -is- 30/2 -is- 15

so using algebra amount (a1) of strength 1 (s1) and amount (a2) of strength 2 (s2)

final strength = ((a1 * s1) + (a2 * s2)) / (a1 + a2) (always do whats in the inside parens first. So if you like is a little weaker and went two parts of 6

((1 * 24) + (2 * 6)) / (1 + 2) - which is- ((24) + (12)) / (3) -which is- (36) / (3) -which is- 12
