Jolly Posted August 3, 2010 Share Posted August 3, 2010 there is nothing like dropping on a carto, taking a huge 5v drag and tasting the emptiness that is your dry carto. friggin blah!! i really wanted to pull out the gas powered pressure washer and clean out my face hole with that thing for a good hour. this is a public service announcement to remember to check your carto before going "power draggin" on it. anyone else power hit a dry atty or carto on 5v? BEERCITYVAPRZ Posted August 3, 2010 Share Posted August 3, 2010 Yeah I have but not from a 5 volt though, back when i had a greensmoke and the prefill would run out you would get that nasty taste, also after trying to refill them and then the atty inside there goes it gives you that same sh!!!!teee taste.......... Mike Posted August 3, 2010 Share Posted August 3, 2010 My advice is to not use cartos or carts at all. Get yourself a drip tip and drip before you vape. This way you can't go wrong. If you don't want to get a drip tip then just take the filler out of a regular cart and drip away. After a few toots drip again. No more burnt filler taste again! This works at 3.7, 5, 6 or however much voltage you use. I have had the displeasure of that nasty taste, that's why I only drip. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Jolly Posted August 3, 2010 Author Share Posted August 3, 2010 i usually use a carto on the 5v as to not have to drip so much. also i take this out for product testing/showing at bars. the easier it looks the more people want to switch. when it comes to 3.7v i only drip, 5v not so much. When the LR atomizers got big, I thought they sounded great, so I got a couple... OH MY GOD. I wanted to bleach everything from my tongue down to my lungs. It almost ruined vaping, but I recovered.
