Jeffery at WordUp went above and beyond the call of service in order to fulfill my order, even my pre-order. The communication was also top-notch, between the forum, private messaging, and even a few phone calls. (hey, I picked one up! lol). He's a great guy and he runs a top notch company. It was quite refreshing to do business with such an outstanding individual who takes the time to communicate and clarify the transaction or any problems that one might have.

Also, the Jeffs Special Blend of eJuice is nice! It has nice vapor, mellow flavor, and gets better each day of use. At first I thought it to be a bit too mellow... but I was wrong on that. My tastebuds woke up the 2nd day and I've been vaping very happily with it... it's a good trustable vape. I've yet to encounter a dud toke with it.

I also love the Jumbo eGo Carts with Jumbo Atty. Even the tip is nice... sure, it took a little to get used to, but now I love it. The cart I'm using is one of the perfect ones and I sure hope they are all perfect. The filler fluff is what will make or break a good experience with cart vaping and so far it's perfect. Just the right thickness. I didn't even have to take it out to fill, I just dripped 70 drops right into it and topped it off with 20-30 drops after 3 hours vaping. (I avg 10 drops an hour I see.). It's been days and it's still absorbing nicely, although a bit less liquid will drip into it now, as expected. A regular good cart for me would be 12 drops, then 8 then 6 then 4 then 2 then 1 then toss. This Jumbo cart took 30 drops consistantly for 2 days and dropped off the third to 20 drops.

This JC stuffing is lasting longer lifewise as well as drip wise. There's also been zero leakage due to the perfect stuffing. I know that the stuffing will let me down on another cart or two later on down the road, I'm not naive. But because I do know that "perfect" really does exist, I will continue buying these in search of the perfect vape for busy vaporers.

The Cartomiser I also ordered is nice, but I don't get the vapor that I do with my JC. It will sure come in handy for travelling though, so I'm going to buy more of these as well and keep them safely tucked out of sight so that they will be handy when I need them.

Overall, an excellent company, service, communication and of course products.

That's one thing I really like here is that people give credit where credit is due when it comes to good suppliers. Plus it lets others know who can be trusted and that's always a good thing.

Good to hear! I must give credit as well. I was all worried about receiving PG juice instead of VG (due to miss-labeling). Not a big deal, but my acid-reflux won't let me do PG, it hurts too bad. Anyway, they called me twice and emailed a few times as well, to make sure everything was all good. They're even tossing in a complimentary bottle on my next order!

You're right Uma, above and beyond. It is a breath of fresh air!

Received my order on Monday--everything in order and good to go. Got the 900mah ego--can you believe--bettery battery life. I charged it and started vaping with it monday night at 6pm--currently 5 am wed morning and it's still going. as I typed that--the battery finally died. A day and 1/2 of moderate vaping--I can live with that.

What I really liked was the one stop shopping--their stock and selection is amazing !!!

I ordered the 900mah and it should be here today or tomorrow glad to know the battery will go so long. Jeffery has been so good to me I have nothing but praise for him and Laurin. We have a bug going around office and this morning I woke up kind of stuffy, couldn't really taste my juices, so I loaded up some of Laurin's Double Mint. WOW I can taste that and my head is clearing up! That with hubby's little Blu, playing around, imagine what it'll taste like on the eGo! Cousins next door have made the decision to go ecig, so we will be calling Jeffery for guidance. As good as some of these other flavors sound I have not explored enough of Laurin's flavors to be ready to try others. They have been super to me and now I have to figure out how to convince boss that Double Mint will increase my productivity! LOL Sure beats Nyquill! Great job WU!

My eGo has landed. XL with the JC and it is sweet. I called Jeffery with a question and we talked for quite some time, more questions as we talked you know the drill. Jeffery answered every question and gave me lots of great tips. He is just an all around great guy. He is more interested in happy customers than making a quick buck, I respect that. I do cruise around the other sites looking at different new juice flavors but I always go back to WU to order. The juice is top quality and very tasty, I am so happy with WU and I feel like a person to them not just a customer. I'm so thrilled with my eGo so of course I ordered more juice tonight, I love the Rum and Coke it's not only my I can vape this all day juice but also my ahhhh my day is over treat juice. I can't say enough about how wonderful WU is. Looking forward to many happy hours of enjoying their great products.

Well, I just ordered my 520. Unfortunately, tomorrow is Sunday and Monday is a federal holiday. He didn't know me from eve as I was a totally brand new customer. He called this evening and needless to say, he wound up taking my order. So far, nothing but thumbs up here as well.

I'm a little closer to him than you but our mail service is weird.Order went to Chicago burb about 1 hour north of me, then instead of coming here it has to go past me to Champaign 1 hour south of me then back to Bourbonnais for delivery. If I mail a letter to say my neighbor as long as it's Bourbonnais address it goes through our post office. If I mail a letter to my daughter or sister in the next town, we have 3 towns here that run together you can't tell when you go from one to the other, it goes to Champaign then back to Bradley PO. They live 5 minutes from me! So my orders take longer to get to me. Yours should leave MA on Tuesday and be there by Thursday or Friday. That's my shipping time at least. I ordered som juice, I'm weak, from VT and it says if ordered by 3pm Saturday it will be here Tuesday. I'm running low so I did it. It shipped yesterday but still with holiday I can't see how this is possible. We'll see. I ordered from WU Friday night so with holiday it should be here Friday. At least that the timetable from when I ordered over Labor Day. Only long wait was last order and that was when they started the move so I knew it wouldn't ship right away so that was cool. This is well worth the wait believe me. I am a hurrying up right now kind of girl but I'm so happy with service this is no problem. What flavor of juice did you order?
