Xx92JWW86xX Posted July 23, 2010 Posted July 23, 2010 I personally think that the Chinese made juices taste better but that is just based on what i have tried. There is still so many USA made and Chinese made juices i haven't tried. I realize everyone opinion is gonna be different but im just curous what everyone thinks of each. I have heard that the Chinese have been at this juice making stuff way longer than us and actually have it perfected down to things to add to make them stay good longer where i always hear about people complaining about there USA made stuff going bad. I know any juice can go bad i am just going on based on what i have heard from members on here. Also from what i have heard the Chinese have way cleaner factorys than 90% of the US's factory's. Maybe not true i dont know but from anything i have learned the only USA juice company that shows actual pictures of there facility is puresmoker. Has anyone ever seen some of these US factory's? I know there is alot of people out there who actually care about cleanliness with there facility's but im worried there is also alot that dont really care as long as they are making money. What do you guys think on this issue? Again i know everyone is gonna have there own opinion on this issue and I'm fairly new at this just trying to learn whats true about Chinese made and USA made juice.
Jeffb Posted July 23, 2010 Posted July 23, 2010 Some of my favorite juices are made in China. There are some USA mixed juices I like but I seem to prefer Dekang juice. The cleanliness is a good point to talk about. I have seen videos of the factories in China and I feel somewhat confident. I have seen Puresmokers video and although I appreciate their attempt at cleanliness, it still didn't rise to the level of an actual "clean room" . As to other juice makers I have no idea where they are mixing their juice. Is it in the garage or on the kitchen table? I have no idea.
NeRo9k Posted July 23, 2010 Posted July 23, 2010 I also prefer Dekang juice. It just seems USA liquid doesn't quite cut it for me.
Stirfry Posted July 23, 2010 Posted July 23, 2010 i assume most juices i have used as Chinese , and i like them just fine. the one juice have had that i know was USA made tasted like a**.
mcquinn Posted July 24, 2010 Posted July 24, 2010 I have always preffered Dekang and what ever Awesome Vapor sells,I have tried three different domestic brands and while some did taste good they seemed to ruin my atties faster than I like.I got some from Janty ,I suspect it is Dekang but where the YNDK usually is it says JOYE.It is very good stuff on the same level as VaporTalk liquid.
Jolly Posted July 24, 2010 Posted July 24, 2010 dawn over at diy makes some killer juice. i think china has a leg up because they started the big ecig boom.
mcquinn Posted July 24, 2010 Posted July 24, 2010 I got some good flavorings from them to boost some liquids when I first started and couldn't taste most liquids. They are good folks to deal with ,but for some reason I never tried thier liquids.May have to revisit them .
Burn Posted July 24, 2010 Posted July 24, 2010 In my experience DIY > Chinese import and by a wide margin. There are a few elite domestic juice makers; Vaperite is unbelievable, they use natural flavorings which I find to be far superior to DeKang. Freedom smokes USA and Ms T's are decent too although they use artificial flavorings. Although overpriced, for sure, Totally Wicked's Decadent Vapour range of pre mixed juices are VERY VERY good and they are UK made. (although $24 for 30 ML is a decent price for this excellent juice http://www.totallywicked-eliquid.com/products/totally-wicked-e-liquid/totally-wickeds-decadent-vapour-2-product.html) Not to be a contrarian but I have found that there is very little Chinese liquid that I like, only VT Mentha, Dulcis and Cappucino were good to me. That is why I started DIY with natural based flavorings and I think it is far superior to DeKang. There are plenty of crappy US makers, in my opinion (Hello Johnson Creek). In summary, I know Chinese liquids are popular and acceptable by most, I dont like it very much and have found there are some nice gems in the U.S. but for my money, DIY is the cheapest, most rewarding and ultimately best quality juice you can get.
Mike Posted July 25, 2010 Posted July 25, 2010 There's no doubt about it, there are lots of great e-liquids that come from China. If I had a choice between USA and Dekang juice I'd pick Dekang. That is unless the other choice was Halo, the only American made juice that I've come across that is as good or better. IMHO Sooner or later more and more quality liquids will be made in USA. I like American made things but I'm also not afraid to buy Dekang. What matters most to me is the vaping experience I'm after.
profbeard Posted July 27, 2010 Posted July 27, 2010 I've good and bad juice from just about everywhere. Juices I like include: Dekang (which means most juice really as the number of vendors who repackage Dekang juice is legion... I get most of mine from Liberty Flights) TW - I like their Red Label, Decadent Vapours, and Patriot Range Vapor Station (actually made in India) ENJuice (made in Europe) OK Smokey and Paradise Vapes - (both Chinese origin bases/flavours mixed in the UK)
mcquinn Posted July 27, 2010 Posted July 27, 2010 I wodered where VaporStation got that stuff I think it tastes awesome but seemed to carbon up atties fast @3.7 volts.
