So for those of you unaware. Smoking Everywhere has dropped out of the FDA lawsuit that's been dragging on. That leaves only NJOY going up against the FDA.

You know, I'm glad the FDA is there to protect us and everything, but they're becoming backwards. I wish they would just leave ecigs alone and find something else to pick on, its not like theres ANY type of pollution coming from PV's, theyre only harmful to stupid people. Ugh!

It's all about taxes and pharma/tobacco lobbyists. It'll probably get worse before it gets better. It's you're representatives at all levels of government we need to be concerned about. FDA is just a weapon being aimed by the folks in power.
