Low Res Atty Draw

So the first LR 510 atty I got was from nhaler I think. Loved it, still using it until just this morning. I think the draw on the ego is perfect. Problem is, every one I've tried since then (even from nhaler) has a tighter draw. I was thinking of drilling a small hole in the ego cone as I have one battery and two cones the same color. If I want a looser draw, I'll use the one with the hole. I switched over to a TW LR atty to see if the taste, etc. changed, seems the same, my original is hanging out as a backup now.

Question is, is there anything I can do to mod the atty to increase the draw? I don't want to take the cone off cause I drip right now.
