Personal touches included - a handy pencil with the url on it so I can write down my favorites and know where to get more, and an AWESOME, professional looking business card, which explains not only where to get e-cigs, but explains what they are and what makes them different from analog smoking (Always will come in handy when dealing with a non-vaper with questions). This card is a great way to break the ice and start talking about how e-cigs can change a smoker's life IMHO. I ended up with the feeling that I'm dealing with someone who GENUINELY cares about my success with vaping and will do just about anything to help me, if I had questions. The bottom line? I'm VERY happy with my purchase and also with the service and attention that I received from this shop. Whattya waiting for? GO CHECK IT OUT!
