I just found this on The Wall Street Journals website..I don't know if its been posted or not.

"A federal judge said the Food and Drug Administration doesn't have the authority to seize electronic cigarettes because the products don't qualify as devices subject to the agency's regulation."

That is old news. The date at the top is from January. This has been over turned and we are back at square one. It was nice while it lasted.

That was the ruling that had all of us jumping for joy awhile back, but as BirdDog said it has since been overturned.

Yea, it was nice while it lasted. But it looks like it's all down hill now.

And even when they were ordered not to take Electronic Cigarettes from those companies it didn't mean the rest of us were safe.
