510 Cartomizers

Recommended Posts

I just peel the color label off and wrap scotch tape around it(takes 2 slight overwraps to get it covered) and you get a nice silver carto.Looks really good with my white or black batteries.I dont even worry with the label sticky gunk left over since it is now under the tape.

I have noticed some of my cartos(KR808D) have the label over the 4 vent slots.Looks like a factory defect as they are not supposed to be like that.Just be carefull not to tape the slots if you use auto batteries the draw will be tougher....

Brian, once again you're on top of the latest news sir!

I'm a little skeptical about the high resistance rating, but that stainless steel just looks too sexy. I'll have to give them a try to see for myself how they vape!

Nhaler has the stainless steel ones now. Drew is saying these have a higher resistance (3.4 ohm) and work really good at HV.

Nhaler Cartos

I need my credit card back!!! Want to try these at 6V. But what's with the description? Works well with drip tips?

• Higher Resistance (3.4) to burn cooler than average cartomizers

• Nice cool draw

• Work well with drip tips

• Soft rubber, easily removable tip

Ok so you guys make these cartomisers seem like the "Holy Grail" so I ordered some from ElectroNicStix with the rubber caps for easy refill.I also ordered my first Joye 510 atty as one of the two DSE 510 style I bought six months ago crapped out.I think I will study the filler material in the carto's to see what it is .I suspect it will be something similar to tea bag filter paper.

That might be really good at 6V; the regular cartos are a bit hot there. I'm sure tempted too! Cripes Brian, you come up with far too many ways for me to spend my money. ;)

I'm a little slow, just caught this. Maybe some people really like the nice round drip tips? They're sure better than those harsh square ends. That would make them easy to fill too. Hm. Might have to try that. That's the FTJoe I know though, always checking the details against the real world. showoff.gif

That's sure the truth! thumbsup.gif Yay Brian!

Second that. Now I have my new credit card, but have to find out how to get virtual credit cards - what a pain losing the number to a crook. If anyone knows the best way to do it WITHOUT using citibank, pm me, thanx. I want cartos!!!!

You can get a pre-paid debit card, that way you only put money on it as you use it.

No worries about someone else spending your cash.

I use the Wal-Mart type.they have 2,1 that you load and use once, and 1 that you keep and

load as you need it.

I have had some bad experiences with the major banks ,they really do not have souls at all .The people who use credit wisely and pay their bills ontime get treated worse than those who don't for some reason.

Ah; follow the money man. People who pay late generate a lot of juicy fee income.

And a lot of them are the one who just quit paying at all when they decide they need the money for something else.I would rather get 5 % from someone I know will pay me back than 22% from someone who I know does not have the means to pay .But that just me ,good thing I don't run the goverenment .

I hear you. But the laws have been tweaked (good ole Bush) to ensure that non-payers have nowhere to hide, so there's even less risk for credit companies now than there ever was. I work for a credit company - an honest one fortunately - so I do understand how these guys think. My company doesn't value late fee income and doesn't try to harm people who fail, but we do do everything possible to collect what's owed. Writeoffs are a pretty small part of our costs. A company who wished to, could really milk the discrepancy between high fee income and low writeoffs. It's a profit center for many of the big banks; they have whole departments whose job it is to figure out how to maximize late payment fees. I hate em. Corruption is rife in our economy. Well, that's really not corrupt, it's just -- soulless.

I hope we don't get in trouble for hijacking a thread.Remember the good old days when there banks that paid decent interest on savings and encouragedit? They also used to cash checks for free take large quantities of unrolled pennies for free.

Well starting day 5 on my first carto and it has met my goal of 5 days. Very happy with the performance. The vapor production and taste did drop off a bit on day 4 which I expected. I think it's burning a little lower temp as the atty ages. Seems like the performance will just slowly drop off until I start a new one. Very easy to use. Have not seen any blue foam, pulled out scissors, dripped every vape, or had carts vapor locked. This is the bees knees! Cartos are everything I wanted in a cart!

I got mine today. They put out a fair amount of vapor I would say not much different than a 510 or 901.I am having trouble getting liquid in mt mouth as there is no baffle and I might be overfilling.I got the ones with the rubber plugs from ElectroNicStix.A whittled down 901 tip will fit nicely and helps with the liquid. They work good enough in my opinion the only reason I would not switch to them is not being able to change the filler.I think someone has had success cleaning the filler and reusing the carto's a while longer ,I think they used Everclear or Vodka.I suppose if you are one who replaces atties frequently these would be a good deal ,for us cheapskates who use our atties as long as possible they are not really cost effective.I am using it on my 18650 battery at the moment.

I agree... I think I will continue dripping for the time being.

The vapor prod. just wasn't there for me... nor was the flavor.

Maybe it was a poorly performing carto? I've only tried one so far... so I'll have to see if the other 9 are any better!

I got some 510 cartos from electronicstix.com and I must say they works pretty good. The plastic plug on the bottom is very handy, you just pop it off and fill it up. Flavor is much more intense than the standard atomizer but you get a little less vapor, not by much though.

Curious as to how long one of these is suppose to last? I've just been using 1 so far for driving around and such, then use my atomizer at home or at the desk at work.

Also anyone know what about these things makes the flavor more defined?
