Vacker1229 Posted April 30, 2009 Posted April 30, 2009 this is a very long read, but my concerns are their references to tobacco, tobacco products, flavorings. Tobacco products defined as anything derived from nicotine. http://www.opencongress.org/bill/111-h1256/text

What about things that naturally have nicotine in them, are bell peppers and tomatos tobacco products now too? Stupid government stop messing with my Eciggs!!!!

Actually that is my statement not theirs. sorry it is a long read and I misquoted a statement within the doc. and actually they do refer to gum and patches as "nicotine delivery devices" not smoking cessation products (hmm that's interesting) Then I guess an ecig is a nicotine delivery device. Only problem they want control of the juice "new drug".

I see, actually some federal regulation of the juice might not be a bad thing, it would prevent us from vaping liquid full of lead or whatever new contaminate China's QC has decided to look the other way on this week. Don't get me wrong I want eciggs to stick around Ill be one unhappy camper if I have to go back to analogs or quit for good.
