Disgusting Liquid Taste Plauging 510 Atty

Hey everyone, got a bit of a problem. I had no choice but to use this liquid that i had lying around cuz i have ran out and am still waiting for a shipment to come. No matter what i do, and how many times i redrip, the taste of this liquid just wont leave my atty. Any suggestions? I am considering trashing this atty and its working fine

Blowing it out very very well really seems to help me. And I mean blowing it out of the thread end (putting your mouth over the cart end). Some folks do it the other way around, but this really works best for me and gets no juice in your mouth.

If that doesn't work (and eventually it only does so much good) my deep cleaning regime is to put it in a small jar of white vinegar for a few hours (like 3-4hrs). Then about once an hour, really stir it up good. You can see the leftover juice dissolving into the vinegar when you hold up the jar to a light. It looks like heat waves or convection currents coming out of the atty. Afterwards, rinse it very well in warm/hot water, blow out as much water as you can, stick a paper towel up into it and leave it upside down overnight.

The next morning take a look at the little thread wicks coming from the bridge. If you did a really good job, they should be pure white like they were when the atty was brand new.

As Brandon said blowing out the atomizer onto a paper towel will usually help quite a bit. If that doesn't work then boiling the atomizer in hot water and setting it out to dry over night will usually do the trick. Just make sure the atomizers is dry before using it again. And of course add about 4-5 drops of liquid on the first vape.

You might also try the soaking in Everclear Vodka trick, Ive heard that works well for cleansing and flavor flushing.

I clean my atties with high proof vodka when I need to get rid of flavors. I use an o-ring and syringe for 510s and cartomizers and a large McDonalds straw for M401 atties. For the M401 atties I put the straw over the bridge end then suck and blow the vodka through the atty. Be sure not to suck too hard! You don't want to get any of that nasty stuff in your mouth.

Both the syringe and the straw work very well for me!
