The atty might take a dunking all right, but if juice getting into the battery can cause problems water probably would too. Probably wouldn't FLOAT either so drop in in the SHALLOWS lmao

No ecigs are not waterproof, but like anything else if you drop it in water, let it dry over night and hope it works in the morning :)

Hahaha! Isnt that the truth! I vape in the bathtub alot so... I dont know. Never dropped it though.

  • 3 weeks later...

I vaped in the pool hotel a few weeks ago. got water all over it.

Sealed manual 510

It kept on working fine. I've also dropped it in a sink and it still worked.

I suppose if it left say in a bathtub all night, the threads will corrode and it would need a good isopropyl bath.

If the battery itself does not flood too bad.

They are ok to use in the rain.

i would definitely not recommend it these are lithium batteries lithium and water do not agree at all

thats why so many mods claim to be dripping friendly (although most of the time this is not the case) this is also some of the reasons u hear about batteries exploding or venting if a batteries does not have a pcb they will vent when wet

and lifepo4 vent not as bad as lithium but still can blow a bridge off a atty no problem and melt a srig in a silver bullet wich is stainless steel spring

this is why i would highly recomend protected batteries

but what do i know im still using unprotected cr2s lol
