I'm not aware of any "quality" PT's with short cords... I thought the long cord was a plus. I think altsmoke has a BB PT and puresmoker has a PT. May want to look at those. I'm not aware of any others, but I'm sure you'll get some more answers soon.

If you're talking about the length of the unit itself...the 510 passthrough from Wordup is a much smaller unit. The cord isn't as long either. I have both of them and each has it's own good points. I use both all the time when I'm at my computer. I use my eGo when I'm not. But for a small unit, that 510 pt is a really great vaper.

If you can't afford to go with the VP PT I would suggest using a chinese made PT without the in line battery. This will give you a full 5 volts. It won't be quite the same but it's close. Jason from Electro Nic Stix has them in stock
