Genet1c Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 i always heard about people cooking atomizer to clean it. And i heard that involves getting it red hot but how? Do u plug in a diff battery or somtin?
Royce Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 Never heard of superheating it to clean it as that could burn it out very easily. What I have heard and what I think you may be reffering to is people have had good luck boiling atomizers to clean them.
Christopher Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 I don't know about getting it read hot. The only way I cook my atomizer is by dropping it in a pot of hot water brought to a roiling boil. Then let it clean for about 5-8 minutes. Remove let dry for 24 hours. Pop about 3 drops of liquid on the cleaned atomizer and bam your back in business.
FloridaKracker Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xlp5TDm5fS8 My homemade passthrough is also about 4.5 volts but I dont want to sit there and cook it I think the battery is about 3.7 volts I will use my volt meter on a fully charged battery to see what it is my iPhone USB wall charger puts out 3.5 volts to the passthrough
