I can say with absolute certainty that 1 in 40 smokers in Iowa are not using e cigs (which is a crying shame). I've never seen anyone else vaping here, though I've heard anecdotal reports there are others. I'm all for the stats, regardless who made them up; it'll surely make at least some smokers consider vaping. We're here to save lives folks, whatever it takes. Vape on! Thanks for the link Dr J.
