A Dumb Ego Question

I thinking about buying an Ego.Will a 510 charger charge the batteries on the Ego? Just asking because I have a 5 hole charger for my 510 at home and I mounted a 510 charger in the car.I would hate to go back to multiple chargers in the house and remount a new one in the car.

Hi seaspine. A standard 510 charger will not work with the eGo. The eGo's threaded end will not fit into the charger since the eGo has a larger diameter than a standard 510 batt. A 510 usb charger will work though.

I bought an adapter that screws onto the eGo and that will fit into the 510 charger. I got mine from Totally Wicked. It works great. I also have the usb charger to use at my computer or to plug into the adapter in the car.

Thank you for your responses everyone,I knew there had to be an adapter out there. Just can't figure out why they would'nt make everything compatable.

Now I just gotta get the wife to loosen the purse strings!
