Juice Leaking When Tank Isn't Full - Normal?

Hey everyone,
New to vaping and noticing my sub-ohm tank leaks 70/30 juice when it's less than half full. Already tried:
• Tightening all connections
• Replacing O-rings
• Keeping tank upright

No leaks when full. Is this normal with lower juice levels or am I missing something? Should I try thicker juice? Appreciate any tips!

If all connections are good it shouldn't leak  a thicker juice might help What tank are you using?
