My mvp 5 was working just fine and I laid it down. When I went back to hit it, the whole system was dead, even though the battery still had about 1/2 charge on it. Won’t power on, won’t charge, display won’t come on. No matter what I do…no sign of life. HELP!! I love my MVP 5!!!!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your MVP 5. Here are some general things to try. First, do you have a different USB-C cable to plug into? If so, try using it and also plug the cable into a different power source (your other USB-C cable might have a problem). Then, let it sit for 5 - 10 minutes even if it doesn't look like it's doing anything. While it's doing that, take your tank off and check the connection to see if any eliquid leaked. Is it dry? That's fine. If it's wet, take a dry Q-tip and very gently swab the liquid out.

Once you've had it on the charger for 10 minutes or so, while it's still plugged in, click the power button three times to see if anything happens.
