kato07 Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 among the benefits of quitting analogs i have noticed one which i haven't seen on the forums. perhaps i just missed it, but with the return of the senses of smell and taste, my mouth and teeth have felt especially peculiar. now i notice that my teeth are showing much less staining. i used to think that the combination of smoking and coffee caused the heavy staining but now think it was almost entirely from smoking! has anyone else noticed this benefit?
Christopher Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 There was actually a really big thread about it, we all noticed how much the world smells But really it's awesome to have our smells back. I actually never realized how messed up my smell was until I got it back.
Schizophretard Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 Are your teeth getting whiter without doing anything different to them? I always assumed the staining would stay until you got your teeth whitened by a dentist.
Christopher Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 Actually my teeth have gotten much whiter since I started vaping. I've been vaping for about a year now and my teeth look not only healthier but much whiter.
kato07 Posted January 21, 2010 Author Posted January 21, 2010 i haven't been to a hygientist yet but i think she will be very happy!! actually someone asked if i had!
Schizophretard Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 I haven't completely quit yet but my gums aren't swollen and sore anymore.
kato07 Posted January 21, 2010 Author Posted January 21, 2010 i think the vp-pt really helps when i get the urge for an analog. that 5v killer hit and i just think about what is in the alternative LOL!!!

I always tell people when they ask if I got my sense of taste back (which is really smell) it goes both ways, good and bad odors. Essshhhh.
Schizophretard Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 i was just laughing...how am i going to get these ashes out of my keyboard??? Get one of those dust off air cans that you find in computer sections of stores.
christania Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 yup my sniffer's already picking up too but I haven't noticed if my teeth look whiter. that would be so awesome. I'm glad it's going well for you!
