soupninja Posted January 20, 2010 Share Posted January 20, 2010 Since I cant post in the "help it broke" forum here goes I have one of those janty passthroughs, worked great for a few months. All of a sudden the button on the unit dosnt work most of the time...what I mean by this is that if I keep pressing on and off the button while puffing somtimes it will trigger and give me some vape. Nothing much you can do about it to be honest But I do believe Janty has a 6 month warranty on most products. You could try asking them for a replacement. mcquinn Posted January 21, 2010 Share Posted January 21, 2010 (edited) Which model do you have?I use the Kissbox Passthrough and it went bad after four months ,they sent me a new one right away.If you got it from Janty US go to the site and open a ticket.If you got it from DietSmokes or someone else contact them.I like mine so well I have two ,one for work and one for home.I am not too crazy about 5 volt vaping so the KB is great for me.
