hey there guys.... i finally found a newport liquid flavor and im planning on getting it soon. i was just wondering if theres a drastic change of taste between 18 mg and 24 mg. ive been using nothing else but the 18 mg and sometimes the hit can feel weak. i dont know if the 24 mg too strong or not, and i dont want to waste money and be disappointed.

considering the fact that i was a newport smoker i might go for the 24 mg, but i need some opinions

thanks you

The nic level should not alter the flavor but the amount of kick or throat hit you get.I use lower nic levels 6-11 most of the time but ocaisionally 18mg in Arno's samples and they do have more kick to me.My KR model gives more kick by design in lower nick levels and some Liquids seem to kick more than others its just something you will have to try yourself to see what you like..I prefer smoother stuff and have found some that I keep in stock all the time but I order other stuff from time to time to try..There is so much out there to try it is crazy!!!

I vape almost exclusively 18mg and all the flavors I have tried at that level seem to have a good throat hit. It shouldn't alter the flavor for you. Sometimes the only way to find out is to jump in.....

Happy vaping

I have tried most all the tobacco flavors and have been dissapointed with all.It has to do with not burning leaves, vaping just is not smoking but in time you will like it better.I gave up on trying to imitate what I was trying to quit and just started trying all the fruits and coffees and they are pretty good.

I think that's where being a menthol smoker comes in handy, it took a while, but I finally found something that is good for both my wife and I. She's a mix of Janty, ecopure and johnson creek, I mix the johnson creek and VT Mentha. I see your story a lot with the regular tobacco smokers. Anyway, my point is, I think it's easier to find something acceptable as a menthol smoker as the taste is mostly about the menthol, takes a little longer to find what works but I would vape almost any of the menthols while I was looking.

I wouldn't bet it will be just like Newport. So as people are saying, the taste shouldn't really vary with the strength so I would get the 24, then see if you like the taste. Many folks vary their strength throughout the day so maybe having an 18 and 24 once you pin down a flavor wouldn't be a waste. If you find the 24 is just too much, buy an 11 and mix the two. No waste as long as you buy high and they have lower levels available IMO.

I searched a long time for flavors I liked, I was a Marlboro menthol lights, so a lot of tobacco flavor was not needed.

Back in the really REALLY olden days I smoked "Marlboro Greens". Smoking got way expensive. I bought a rolling machine and started rolling my own cigs. This saved money, but flavor? ummmmmmm no. LOL But Now that I'm vaping, I might can start looking for flavor.

Hey, it could happen!
