Musketeer starter kit won't start! help

I bought three 

Musketeer battery ECT classic e cigarette 650mAh capacity ..

e-cigs and cannot get any of them to work. The likelihood of all three being defective is slim so perhaps I am doing something incorrectly.

There was no user manual with them and the company has not gotten back to me yet with help.

Does anyone know anything about these?

After putting in your information in google I found this:

Press the button 5 times to turn on/off.

Press the button 2 times to preheat.

Press the button 3 times to adjust the voltage.

Thanks. Yes, I have tried this but even the language of the instructions is not very clear. I was wondering if there was any troubleshooting i could find. Every other e cig i have is pretty straight  forward. I have been using them for over six years now and love them. I bought these online and they are lovely looking but of no use if i can't get to vape the nicotine.  it is very frustrating

The company still has not gotten back to me about the problem. I have never used an adjustable voltage e-cig before which is why i think i must be doing something wrong. This is a beautiful compact e-cig.

I really don't want the hassle of having to return them.

this product and coil is designed for CBD.   Is that what you want?
