I just wanted to know, does anyone else have one? Got any tips/tricks? I was tired of my 901 and wanted something different, and this thing is awesome. Christopher
Hey Zelda! The Stick is a pretty good unit. Do you have the new version or the older version? (They just came out with Version 2) For the most part the Janty Stick is a great little unit, just keep the atomizer moist and your good to go
VegasVapor
Welcome Link. I have a Janty Stick but don't use it much since I have the spade now. Only advice I can think of at the moment would be to try and get your hands on some Low Bridge 801 attys. I haven't tried them myself, but I heard they're awesome. nana
I've always been interested in the janty stick or now the joye stick - for something smaller and more portable to take with me outside. I've never used one, but would sure be interested in hearing more about them. How is yours on battery life?

If you look through my posts you'll see this: I got a 510, love it having problems with the 510 love vaportalk, they got me through the problems got a jantystick for the battery, love it having problems with the jantystick love vaportalk, they got me through the problems still having problems with 801 attys, trying my old 510 equipment the wife is using, can't figure out why I gave up the 510 bought tons of regular and mega 510 batts and gold band attys from wicked on their 30% sale bought a spade and finally found bliss...and it's really what I started with, the 510 (with a kick butt presentation and attitude) having posted all that, if you have any questions on the JantyStick, let us know. The low bridge attys are a must Edited January 9, 2010 by FTJoe

nana
I'm really doing good with my VP/PT and VP2 and didn't think I'd want anything else much. But thinking ahead to summer and being outside so much of the time, I got worried about pv's. I can't take the VP/PT outside with me. It's for in the house or in the car. The VP2 is too big to carry around outside or in my pocket. My 510 won't work well because of the short battery life. I wouldn't want to have be going inside to change and charge batteries. I've been thinking about the mega battery and that would help, but there is an issue with keeping the 510 in a pocket and accidently pushing the button. So I'm thinking the 510 is not my outside vape. That's why I'm thinking about the janty again. When I first thought about it I got some opinions that it just wasn't the best way to go because they had too many issues and it was hit and miss to get one that worked. But I think I heard that they've worked that out now. Or am I wrong about that? And now there is the joy stick. Is it pretty much the same as the janty stick? I'm interested in knowing about the battery life - how long does it last? What kind of battery does it use? How's the vapor? Enough questions for now. Sorry, I went overboard there. And now there is the joy stick. Is it pretty much the same as the janty stick? I'm interested in knowing about the battery life - how long does it last? What kind of battery does it use? How's the vapor? Joye has always made it. HeavensGifts is also offering the new V3. Seems they have switched to the Joye302 pen style atomizer. You can get a 510 stick adapter, it's like an empty 801 atty so it doesn't get lost in the V3's recessed connection. Reports of the Janty 510 adapter were not good though as it seems that Janty added a resistor to the mix. The Joye Stick 510 adapter is a straight thru design though (I think). Mik from Janty has been saying he will match any price, but he's got a kinda used car salesman approach to questions. LinksZelda21
Hey guys, thanks for your questions! well so far, i havent really had any problems with the device, except the Atomizer. It started to drop off in vapor production, but these are also the standard janty 801 attys, so I dont know. battery life is pretty good, i actualyl havent had a time when teh batterys died cuz they last long enough until i get home to charge them =) But I still have ome problems. with this new atty i got from Janty, it completly sucks. No throat hit, and really bad vapor. I was hoping that it was just the break in period for the atty, but i aldo direct drip. I like Direct dripping better when it comes to these things, probably why i need a new atty every month. But yeh, i appriciate all your comments and maybe if someone knows a little more about 801 attys they can coach me thru. Happy vaping!
FTJoe
Must get the low bridge attys. I think awesomevapor has them, not sure about the VT store or elsewhere. Looks like the VT store had them but are now sold out (302 short bridge?). I think this link works, watch out as there is an add to cart button if you navigate in, not sure what that does, need to get in and specify low bridge. I found them very good, but then started having clogging issues with the JS so went back to the 510. I'm not very patient. http://www.awesomevapor.com/product/ATOMDSE801
Shelbee6478
I will be honest I have a Janty stick v2 it was my first mod I liked it for 2 weeks. It just didn't work right the 801 atty leaked with carts. Had to have pliers to get the atty out of it. I was not pleased with the unit at all in fact it just quit working and I did even send it in for a warranty. It just sets here and collects dust. IMHO there are better mods out there than the Janty stick. Check out the Little Chuck it is only 3.5 inches tall and about as round as a roll of quarters. And for $80 with custom graphics you can't go wrong.
