We had issues with 2 batteries however Parked has a 14 day warranty and has shipped out 2 new batteries. This was a very easy processes. We would like to note that M401's have had issues with batteries and this is not necessarily an issue with Dietsmokes. Summery: Dietsmokes exclusive Spice cake flavor is awesome! The vapor production for the size is nothing short of amazing. We didn't have a very high opinion of the 401 until we got a hold of Dietsmokes starter kits. One thing we found interesting inside Dietsmokes M401 kits as apposed to other suppliers is the USB feature. Parked offers his starter kits with a USB charing adapter.
