I recently bought smok alien 220w and it was perfect until a couple hours ago and its starting to hurt my throat and I’m new to vaping so i don’t know much about this.Can someone help.???

It should say on the display screen what OHM coil is in it and what is the NIC lvl of the juice you are vaping

Ok I thought maybe your coil was starting to burn But if flavor is good that's not it Im stumped on this Im sure someone who is familiar with that mod will chime in and help. Sorry I couldn't

When your juice starts loosing flavor its usually time to change the coil or if you strt getting a lot of spitback/spatter when you take a puff it it could mean the coil is getting gunked up and needs to be changed

your wattage seems a little high for that coil. your over 5 volts which may work for a while on a brand new coil but as the coil ages you'll probably experience a burnt sensation.  drop it down to about 45 watts and try there.

 

in general a new coil will take more wattage than a used one.   

 

it's hard to predict how long a coil will last.  the harder you drive it (more wattage), the sooner it will burn out.   New vapers tend to burn out coils faster because they are really craving the vape and chain vaping.  

 

I dont have direct experience with that tank and coil but if your pushing wattage and vaping a lot you may only get a few days if that.
