How do I attach my micro V1 pwm to its sled ?

Hey so my fiance is working on a mod , we build mods for fun. Use to own a business.  You may even recognize Loveless Mods LLC  if your from Missouri . One chip I haven't ever messed with is the micro V1 pwm. We have it all wired up and ready to go but we're drawing a blank when it comes to how it goes onto the sled... or if it doesn't then now what? Hopefully you can help. Thanks guys !
