New and don’t know what happening

I just bought a Vaptio P-1 TF starter kit. When I plug my mod in all five lights flash three times but the bottom one is a pinkish color and then just the bottom light will flash red three times, and then they will all light up with and then they start lighting up one by one from bottom to top and it will keep doing that until I unplug it.
