JC 123 Posted November 17, 2017 Posted November 17, 2017 Purchased a Corsair Mini Pro six months ago and use it lightly in conjunction with 3 other tanks . Went to refill it yesterday and the top wont hold down and under further investigation the small thread that attaches top to tank has threaded. Contacted the vendor and they told me that it was out of warranty (28 days) I explained that this was used lightly and that i didn't consider 6 month light usage to be good enough for a product to be sold to me in good faith without them considering replacing it given that on purchase i wasn't told to expect to only get six month use from it . They refused to acknowledge this and refused to replace the faulty item . Where do i go from here , any ideas ?
Walt Posted November 17, 2017 Posted November 17, 2017 Per my experience, vape manufacturers in general will not budge. The best customer service on the planet is right here at the VT store. Good chance if one stripped the next one will too. I'd bite the bullet and buy something better.
