ni80 What is the difference between Ni80 and Ni200

I never use Ni80 wire.My friend gave me a roll of Ni80 wire, I want to know the difference between Ni80 and Ni200, Can Ni80 be used under temperature control mode?

Any suggestion welcome

No Ni80 wire cannot be used for temperature control. It's used as an alternative to Kanthal and gives lower resistance and ramp up time.

Ni80 can be used in TC on some mods, but not on others. I have several mods that have a NiCr mode that does well with Ni80 using TC.

Ni200 is pure nickel, and Ni80 is a nickel chrome alloy 80% nickel 20% chrome.
