Ego Battery Charging

i have a kingfish vaporizer pen with a green screen at the bottom,i do not know which model that is why i am giving the looks in case,it has two charging options,the usb cable at the bottom and the screw on,when i use the screw on the light on the charger is yellow or orange and the green screen won't come on,when i use usb it comes on and will show the charging status at 3 going on 4 bars but when i unplug it, it will not turn on even if i press the button 5 times, am i doing something wrong?it worked the day before i had this problem so i don't know whats going on and if i press the button when charging the screen flickers on and off like crazy, any ideas?

Sounds like the battery is bad.

If I were you I'd return it as defective and get a new battery. Also, I deleted the duplicate post. You only need to post something once and then wait for a reply.
