Hello

im new to vaping and recently got into it. I was just wondering if vaping could cause a false positive on a drug test if u allow a friend who uses drugs to use ur vape?

That's a worry you simply don't need.  I doubt you would flag a positive, but who needs the worry?  If your friend can afford drugs, your friend can afford a vape.

Yes it would show up positive. Not false. There would be drug residue. If your friend used it and can not be cleaned and rebuilt throw it away.
Just some advice. If a "friend " used you device knowing you get drug tested. Not much of a friend.
Good luck

From someone that regularly get drug tested, bi-weekly, that is not an issue. I am also open about my surroundings and have literally asked the tester myself about multiple scenarios.

There is no way it would flag a drug test unless he literally had drugs on his lips and then you used it and ingested them yourself.  Even then, the amount you would ingest would be so minute that it very likely would not flag; However, if you ingest it that way its slightly possible.  Any other way would be 100% impossible!

I'm sure VAPE can't make a drug test positive. But I wouldn't give my VAPE to a friend who uses drugs, I wouldn't give my VAPE to anyone at all, because it's unhygienic. By the way, if you are in doubt about the test, you can buy such drug testing kits (you will find them on https://www.confirmbiosciences.com/products/urine-drug-test-cups/), do the test at home and find out the result. I used them when I thought my medication might show a positive result.
