RustyVape
I did some research and did not come up with a definitive answer. I did find a lot of PayPal hate and maybe an outdated solution. Listed, worse to best in my current opinion: 1. Link your main bank account. (Not wise, in the least) 2. Get a PayPal credit card. (I did not look into this much. I certainly don't need another card). 3. Open a new bank account. (Just for PayPal and close it, out after verification) [Kind of stupid IMO]. 4. Verify address by having PayPal snail-mail a code to my house. (I like, but can't figure out how to do it). I would prefer option #4 if someone can tell me how. Is this no longer an option? I am prepared to do option #3, but it seams deceitful to the poor bank that I will be screwing over. Also it seams that I will have to click something to ensure that the money will come from my credit card instead of my linked bank account, each and every purchase. Is this true? It seems odd, that they can trust me with $10K over the last 10 years, without any verification. Yet require verification for any more. That's got to be some kind of hype/trickery. Please limit replies to just helpful statements of how to get verified, etc, there is too much PayPal hate on the net. - It is already known, that PayPal should not be trusted, any more than is necessary. Schizophretard
I took his joke as being friendly. Anyway, what do you have against option 1? That is what I did. Is there something I should worry about? I think your question,"Also it seams that I will have to click something to ensure that the money will come from my credit card instead of my linked bank account, each and every purchase. Is this true?" Is true. I'm not 100% but as far as I remember I've always had to select what I'm paying with.
Christopher
Hey Rusty! Although it isn't ecig related we'll help ya out a bit. I would go with number 1 to be honest. I have my paypal account linked to my bank account and have had no issue at all. Most people don't like PayPal here because they don't' support electronic cigarettes. If there is ever a charge to your account, say for example someone tries to request money, you have to approve it before it's taken out. PayPal also does not charge you fees unless you actually do a transaction. Hope that helps (I'm also going to move this to the lounge)
mcquinn
After the way Paypal has treated vapers and our suppliers I would not give them the time of day let alone my money.

RustyVape
Now I see the smiley! lol Well, I'm way too paranoid to risk letting PayPal freeze my life's savings. So, I guess I'll stick with option #3. Except I'll keep the account open to have a convenient place to cash rebate checks.
RustyVape
I opened a savings account at the closest bank. $300 minimum. Three days later PayPal made two deposits. One for $0.08 and one for $0.20. I then verified my account by entering those amounts into their web page. Now when I try to buy anything with PayPal I have to change the payment method from pay with bank, to pay with credit card. It only takes 3 clicks, but if I ever forget, I will have to pays some fees.
