Weeded the front flower garden to include digging out a small tree.  No debilitating fits of coughing and gagging!   This old fart got tired and had to sit down after the tree.  But this old fart could breath!!!!  First time since I can remember.

Yup the rewards are great. I did not get all the lung function back I guess 35 years of smoking what can you expect. 

 3 years smoke free. I walk the dogs a mile a day. I could never do that smoking

I recently quit and started vaping as well, could feel a difference literally the next day. Congrats!

Yeah I feel it every time I'm at baseball Practice with my son. I'm an assistant coach so I'm out there doing my own running around a few times a week.  If I was still smoking,  I'd be out there panting halfway through every practice.  Now, it's much better xD. But if you heard NPR tell it, it's worse for me than cigarettes. Haha

And by god can I taste again!  It's awesome how taste comes back AND we have such flavorful juice.  Double whammy for flavkrb
