Bebop
Sometimes but not always. What tank do you have exactly?

Bebop
So then it came with a sub tank mini tank? I'm assuming.... can you post a pic of it? Kanger makes a variety of coils for that tank. They all have the same housing. If there is a replacement coil for it that isn't made by Kanger then I haven't heard of it yet. Is there a particular reason why you don't want to use kanger coils? THey are very popular and very versatile and come in a variety of resistances. They are are also cheaper for that reason.
Tam
What Bebop said. These days, with the authentic name brand coils so easy to get and at a reasonable price, why would you want to use non-name brand coils?
Adversarious1
While many manufacturers do have coils that are cross compatible, I haven't seen any Kanger coils that fit other tanks or any other brands of coils that fit Kanger tanks. If there is a reason you don't like the Kanger coils, then you might want to try using a different tank entirely. Otherwise, shop around. Kanger coils are probably some of the lowest priced factory coils available.
FXRich
The Kanger BDC coils will work in the Subtank mini, but the airflow will be restricted, Like everyone else I don't know of another brand that will work.
Christopher
Generally speaking these days, with coils being so cheap (they used to be far more expensive than they are now) it's not worth using an off brand. That said though, some manufactures to make coils for your model tank. (Keep in mind though that will often void your warranty and isn't usually worth it)
