Hi, I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place but anyway, here goes. Has anyone out there had any problems with an online supplier called eSmokeClub. I tried to make an order with them a couple of days ago and at the checkout stage my card was declined. That's fine, no problem. The problem was that my card was in fact debited for the order amount but I have heard nothing else from them. I sent a couple of e-mails for clarification but got no reply. I tried their phone number but found that it's out of service. Are they a legitimate company or just scammers? Any help from anyone would be appreciated. I'm new to the forum.

Welcome to the forum. 

If it were me, I'd be calling my credit card company and have them decline the transaction and go elsewhere. Any time I get even a somewhat suspicious transaction, especially with a vendor I'm not familiar with, I tend to err on the side of caution.

Mind if I asked what you ordered from them? I'd suggest using a more reputable company that you're familiar with. If you're new to vaping, I would highly recommend our own Vapor Talk store. The customer service is excellent, prices are about as low as you'll find anywhere (if you find it lower somewhere else, @Christopher will likely price match it). Just because I'm an admin on the forum doesn't mean I have anything to do with the store itself, that's a whole different side than our forum. I'm just a very satisfied customer.

Hi Tam, thanks for the advice. It's all sorted out now and my money was refunded so I guess it was just a mistake on their part. I am looking for mini rebuildable dripping atomizers of a slim build such as the older phoenix v4 or Smoktech Octopus or 'Squid'.  Apart from eSmokeClub I have seen them only on Fast Tech, a Chinese company that gets some bad press on the forums. I find the 22mm mini RDA'S a bit clunky' so something narrower would be good. If the VT store has anything like this I would be interested. I had a look but didn't see anything. Do they ship to europe?
