Which mini mode I should buy Nugget 50w, target mini 40w or eleaf ipower 80w and are there any RDA coil tanks that can be used with these mods.

I have the eleaf 8ow Good mod so far and yes there are plenty of RDA tanks that can be used with it  If your looking to build your own coils I would suggest the eleaf 80w you might need the higher watts if you need them

The iPower 80W is a full sized mod, not a mini. If you want something small, this isn't it, although it's not huge, it is easily twice as big as the first two you named.

As for RBA or RTA (rebuildable tank atomizer), any of them with a 510 connection will work with all three mods you named above. An RDA stands for Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer -- these don't have tanks.
